Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping Policies
RETURNS
We accept returns for items in their original unopened condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your purchase. You will need an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
Please email [email protected] to request a refund and we will provide the RMA Number.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return, the RMA Number, and your original receipt.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Items cannot be returned if they are opened. Opened Bars, Mixes,etc will not be accepted for return or exchange unless there is a stated defect verified upon the return of the product.
RESTOCKING FEE
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this may be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling you paid on the order.
EXCHANGES
If your item is unopened, you may exchange it for a different item of equal value. In this case, you will not be subject to a restocking fee, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
SHIPPING POLICY
Turnaround
Orders received before 2 p.m. EST will be processed the same day and shipped within 24 hours. Orders received after 2 p.m. EST will ship between 24 and 48 hours. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Depending on the shipping option chosen during checkout, orders will ship anywhere in the continental USA. International shipping will take longer.
Order Tracking
If the shipping carrier provides a tracking number, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
There is no charge for FedEx, USPS, or UPS ground shipping in the continental USA. If you need your items to arrive sooner, we offer an upgraded shipping option through FedEx 2-day shipping. This option is made available to you during checkout.
Additionally, we offer shipping outside the continental USA. The rate charged for shipping these types of orders is based on a flat estimate of your products’ weight and location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the shipping cost, and you will have a chance to cancel your order if you decide not to.
